Returns
Unworn items with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Sale items marked Final are excluded.
How to start
Email hello@lavanddc.com with your order number. We will send a return label for US orders. International returns are sent at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Condition
Shoes, if introduced later, must be unworn and boxed. Beauty and pierced earrings will not be returnable. Refunds appear within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving the parcel.
