Terms
By placing an order you agree that items are sold by LAV & DC, prices are in USD, and title passes on delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock, pricing, or fraud checks fail.
Availability
Inventory on the site is an estimate. If we cannot fulfill a line, we will refund that line and say so by email.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States as applicable to the selling entity listed on your invoice. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer in your country.
